Venev diamond paste is a very effective way to sharpen and polish the knife edge. The monocrystalline diamond paste can be used with any leatherstrop. A sparing application is sufficient; depending on the condition of the leather, a little suitable oil may be used. Only use each strop with one grain size, an application of different grain sizes leads to an unclean work result and cause scratches. If the performance deteriorates, remove the residue e.g. with the back of a knife or a spatula and apply fresh diamond paste.
