The M10V2 model is designed for sharpening kitchen, hunting and folding knives of various shapes and sizes. Thanks to the precise and secure clamping of the knife in the clips and the ability to rotate the knife without removing it from the clips, sharpening is quick and easy. By loosening the two screws on the frame, the user can check the condition of the blade during sharpening without having to remove it from the clips.
